You can delete your Bubbles Booking account and personal data at any time.
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
- Open the app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom and confirm.
Your account is deleted right away.
Option 2 — By email
If you can't use the app, email us from the address on your account:
Request account deletion (info@bubblesparkle.com)
We will confirm and delete your account within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm the request from the email on your account to protect you.
What is deleted
- Your profile: name, email and phone number.
- Saved vehicles and addresses.
- Saved payment cards (removed from our payment processor, Stripe).
- Notification tokens, sign-in sessions and unfinished bookings.
- Your messages to technicians.
What we keep
Past bookings are kept without your personal details (no name, email, phone or exact address), together with amounts, dates and reviews. We need these records for accounting, taxes, technician payouts and resolving disputes. See our Privacy Policy.
Note: if you have a booking that is scheduled, in progress, waiting for your approval or under review, it must be finished or cancelled before the account can be deleted.
