These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Bubbles Booking mobile app and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or making a booking, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
Bubbles Booking lets you book mobile car detailing performed at your address by technicians who use our platform. When you book, we assign an available technician in your area. The services, add-ons, prices and estimated duration are shown before you pay.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.
- Give accurate information, especially your address, phone number and vehicle details. The price and duration depend on the vehicle you select.
- You are responsible for activity on your account. We sign you in with a link sent to your email; keep access to your email secure.
3. Bookings and access to your vehicle
- Be available at the booked address and time, and make sure the technician can reach the vehicle (parking, gate codes, keys if needed). Remove valuables before the service.
- Technicians bring their own water, power generator, products and equipment; you do not need to provide water or electricity. The technician needs a safe place to work next to the vehicle. If the service cannot be done safely or the vehicle does not match the booking, the technician may not be able to complete it.
4. Payments
- You pay the total shown at checkout when you book. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Prices include the services and add-ons you selected. Promotions from technicians apply only as described in the app when you book.
- Tips are optional and go entirely to your technician.
5. Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel a booking in the app until the service starts. The refund depends on when you cancel:
- Within 60 minutes of booking: full refund.
- More than 24 hours before the service: full refund.
- Less than 24 hours before the service: a late cancellation fee of 20% of the total.
- After the technician is on the way: a fee of 50% of the total, because the technician has already traveled to you.
- If you are not available: if the technician arrives, notifies you and waits 15 minutes without being able to reach you or the vehicle, the booking is cancelled with the same 50% fee.
The app always shows the exact fee and refund before you confirm a cancellation. Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Once the service has started, it cannot be cancelled in the app; contact us if there is a problem.
If we or the technician must cancel, you receive a full refund.
6. After the service: approval and problems
- When the technician finishes, you receive photos of the result and can approve the service, rate it and add a tip.
- If something is wrong, report it in the app before approving. We will review it and may offer a partial or full refund, or other solution.
- If you do not respond within 24 hours, the service is approved automatically.
7. Your conduct
Treat technicians with respect. Do not use the Service for anything illegal, give false information, or try to arrange services outside the platform with a technician you met through it to avoid fees. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.
8. Liability
Technicians take reasonable care when working on your vehicle. Report any damage in the app before approving the service (or within 24 hours) with photos, so we can investigate. To the extent allowed by law, Bubbles Booking is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim related to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
9. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account) or as described at https://bubblesparkle.com/delete-account/. Bookings in progress must be finished or cancelled first.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. If the changes are important, we will let you know in the app or by email before they apply. Using the Service after that means you accept the new Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
